The Best is Yet to Come

February 9, 2013

Why is it so hard sometimes to believe that you deserve the very best of all things?  Is it an issue of not having enough faith?  Is it that you struggle with low self-esteem? Here are some other thoughts that may have limited your beliefs about your own worthiness and ability to create your amazing life;

  • Society conditions us to believe that we are being greedy or selfish when we have high expectations, or want great things and experiences for ourselves
  • You may feel powerless and that change isn’t worth the effort because it probably won’t work out anyway.  Maybe you’ve tried to change something important in the past and feel that you failed, or maybe you’ve even succeeded and didn’t know how to handle the success.
  • Maybe you see the work involved in having what you consider a great life as too hard, or that you won’t have enough time to take care of your family and your current job if you start working toward change;  or you may even be afraid of what other people may think if you actually take the plunge and start doing things differently.

Guess what?  None of this stuff matters!  Quit limiting yourself, push up your sleeves, and jump into life with both feet!  The only limits you have are the ones you’ve create.  You have everything inside of you that you need to make the changes you want to see.  It’s time to re-evaluate your beliefs about yourself and when you begin moving toward the direction of your dreams, you will be amazed at how much energy you have.  You will find that you can do more and be more than you ever imagined.

Yes, you will have to work hard and make some sacrifices but it will be worth it!  Imagine what you will accomplish and what you will give to the world when you can let these mistaken beliefs go and become free to step-up and fill the god-given shoes that were made just for you!  You deserve the best and deep inside you know it……….the best really is yet to come!
