Become the Best Version of Yourself

February 20, 2015

SONY DSC  What does it mean to become the best version of yourself?  Becoming your best is a very personal concept and it involves using your own yardstick to measure your progress rather than comparing yourself to others.  Becoming your best means that you, in any moment, are doing the best that you can do and that you have the tools and foundation you need to continue growing, changing, and learning so that you can experience the success you are capable of!   Here are some tips to help you on your journey toward becoming the best you possible:

  • Face your fears and begin to welcome change: of change; accept change as part of life and an opportunity to grow.
  • Choose to be a lifelong learning.  Keep an open mind to new ideas and suggestions.  Consider yourself as much a follower as a leader because every great leader knows how to follow when necessary.
  • Make time for personal development!  Attend trainings, seminars and retreats that can help you build on your strengths and build up your skill-set so you can have the BREAKTHROUGH you want that will get you to the next level.
  • Get a Life Coach! Working with a Life Coach can jumpstart your success! There is nothing more valuable than having an accountability partner, coach and cheer leader to help you develop an action plan and start working toward your goals, one action and one day at a time.
  • Make your own success a priority.  Practice good self-care and your mind, body, and spirit will thank you!

You will find that as you work toward becoming your best, you will be a light for others.  Your optimism will become contagious and people will gravitate toward you because you shine like the sun!
